All Rates are Per Room (Single or Double Occupancy)

IN-SEASON RATES, VALID JUNE 1 THROUGH OCT 31

OFF-SEASON RATES VALID NOV 1 THROUGH MAY 31

- In-season weekend rate, 2 night minimum (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday)

- In-season mid-week rate applies Monday through Thursday

- Off and in-season business rates are available, see Special Rates

- Additional person charge is $35 per person, per night (Groundskeeper's Room Only)

- A one (1) night deposit is required for all bookings. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within thirty (30) days of cancellation.

- We have a 14 day (minimum) cancelation policy

All Rooms Include:
Satellite TV with XM Radio VCR and/or DVD and FREE Secure High Speed Wireless Internet.

The Butler's Room

Nov 1 - May 31	Any Day	$120 per night

The Butler's Room is located on the 1st floor. It's a spacious room with a loveseat, a queen-size bed, A/C, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, a walk-through closet, and a private bath with shower, tub and bidet.

The Maid's Room

June 1 - Oct 31	Week-End	$190 per night
June 1 - Oct 31	Mid-Week	$170 per night
Nov 1 - May 31	Any Day	$145 per night

The Maid's Room is located on the 2nd floor. It's a spacious room with a witch's corner, a king-size bed, A/C, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, 2 cozy winged-back chairs, a walk-through closet, and a private bath with shower, tub and bidet.

The Cook's Room

June 1 - Oct 31	Week-End	$170 per night
June 1 - Oct 31	Mid-Week	$150 per night
Nov 1 - May 31	Any Day	$120 per night

The Cook's Room is also located on the 2nd floor. It's a spacious room with a king-size bed, air conditioning, 2 cozy winged-back chairs, a walk-in closet, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and a private bath with a claw-foot tub and separate shower.

The Groundskeeper's Room

June 1 - Oct 31	Week-End	$155 per night
June 1 - Oct 31	Mid-Week	$135 per night
Nov 1 - May 31	Any Day	$115 per night

The Groundskeeper's Room is located on the 3rd floor by itself. It's a very large room with a very comfortable queen-size bed, full size sleeper sofa, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, walk-in closet, and a private bath with tub, shower and bidet.

This room can sleep up to 5 persons, an additional $35.00 per person (above two) will incur.
