- Check-In time is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Reservations: A one (1) night deposit is required for all bookings. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within thirty (30) days of cancellation.
- No Pets
- Smoking is permitted outside on the Porches.
- Please inform us if you are traveling with children under 12. We will try to accomodate.
- A 7% Maine Lodging Tax will be added to your bill.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
and Cash.

- Breakfast is from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
- Our Cancellation Policy is 14 days advance notice. Within 14 days, however, a 1 night charge will be assessed.
